Create your account, complete your profile and upload your documents against a clear checklist that explains why each one is needed. A preliminary check tells you right away if something is missing or unreadable.

We don't sell dreams. We work along the official German procedures, we tell you what we can and cannot influence, and the final decisions on recognition and visa always rest with the German authorities alone. That is what we mean by transparency.
Questions & answers
Creating your account, uploading documents and tracking your case is completely free. Before you commit to anything, we lay out in writing who bears which cost on your path, including official third-party costs we do not charge, such as document legalisation in Cairo and certified translations. You will never face a fee that wasn't explained to you beforehand.

The accelerated procedure (§ 81a) can shorten the waiting time, but nobody can guarantee a fixed duration, and anyone promising you a departure within three months is showing you a red flag.
No. You can register without any German. To practise as a physiotherapist you will officially need level B2. We help you plan your language track from day one. Learning German is real work; the earlier you start, the smoother your journey.
The competent German authority examines your degree for equivalence (the recognition decision, or 'Bescheid'). If it finds substantial differences, that is not a final rejection: you can take a knowledge exam (Kenntnisprüfung) or an adaptation course (Anpassungslehrgang), with the full professional title 'Physiotherapeut/in' as the goal. Nobody can guarantee the outcome of the decision, but we prepare your file to the highest standard and stay with you in every scenario.
The core set: passport, birth certificate, your degree certificate with the full transcript of subjects and hours, proof of work experience and a CV. After registration you will find the complete checklist inside the platform, with an explanation for every document, including legalisation (Egypt is not part of the Apostille convention, so documents are legalised via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the German embassy in Cairo) and certified translations.
German law provides for family reunification for skilled workers under certain conditions: sufficient housing, a stable income and, in some cases, basic German for your spouse. The rules are set by law and the decision always rests with the German authorities. It is a realistic, legal path that many colleagues take, and once you have arrived, we are glad to explain how it works in your situation, honestly and without promises.
Warning signs: they demand upfront fees before any service, promise a guaranteed visa or departure within weeks, have no verifiable legal address or commercial register entry, and refuse to put things in writing. Hold every agency, including us, to that standard: our full legal details are in the legal notice, and we put every commitment in writing.
We do not guarantee the recognition decision, the visa, or a fixed timeline. Those decisions belong exclusively to the German authorities. What we do commit to: a file prepared to the highest standard, active follow-up on every step, full cost transparency, and telling you the truth, even when the news is not good.
Your data and documents are stored encrypted on servers in the EU and processed under the GDPR. Practices never see your identity documents; before matching they only see a profile without your name or photo. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
